    A ray of sunshine in the cold winter months, the flavor of our Winter Jam is best described as an apricot marmalade!  Made with dried apricots, fresh oranges, and local cranberries, this jam is delicious on New England brown bread or pumpernickel toast, swirled into yogurt, or used as a glaze on roast chicken or pork.
